UrbanLink Renews Partnership with VertiPorts by Atlantic Aviation

MIAMI – July 1, 2025 UrbanLink Air Mobility, a pioneering South Florida-based advanced air and maritime mobility operator, has renewed its Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Vertiports by Atlantic Aviation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Atlantic Aviation which acquired the vertiports division of Ferrovial earlier this year.

The renewed partnership provides UrbanLink access to Atlantic Aviation's extensive FBO (Fixed Base Operator) network in Florida, as well as to major vertiport developments planned by VertiPorts by Atlantic in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties, and additional locations across the state.

UrbanLink and VertiPorts by Atlantic have also committed to exploring additional vertiport development opportunities in other major metropolitan areas across the United States.

The renewed agreement with VertiPorts by Atlantic, combined with UrbanLink’s soon to be announced partnership with a major aircraft leasing company for 10 c-tol/vtol aircraft, positions UrbanLink to launch all electric aircraft operations in South Florida in the second half of 2027.
